Acceptance of Conditions I hereby acknowledge and accept the following conditions: 1.Snorkeling Risk – Snorkeling is undertaken entirely at your own risk. 2.Travel Insurance – Every participant must have valid travel insurance. 3.Personal Belongings – We are not responsible for personal belongings (Bag, Purse, Phone, Sunglasses, Camera, etc.) during the boat trip. If items are lost or fall into the water, we cannot be held liable. 4.Tickets & Payments – Once a ticket is issued and payment is made, it is non-refundable. 5.Cancellation Policy – Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the activity start time. 6.Insurance Coverage – Our company is fully insured. In case of a boat accident: Injuries are covered up to 50,000 LKR per person. Death is covered up to 500,000 LKR per person.
